Holding both a post graduate teaching qualification from the University of London, together with the well respected NFOPP Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, Michelle is exceptionally well qualified to manage the sale of your property from initial instruction right through to completion. Michelle has a reputation as an honest broker and has always thrived on being able to negotiate the very best of deals. This skill is exactly what you and your property need in these challenging times.
Michelle has a real “hard wired” passion for property and often jokes that she has brick dust in her in her bones, or perhaps this is just an inevitable factor in the ageing process! Either way, Michelle loves nothing more than to present a clients’ property for sale looking the very best it possibly can look. To this end, Michelle will photograph your home and present your property details with all the flair, and imagination it takes to really get you noticed and stand out and shine above others in the marketplace.

Martin has spent the past 15 years advising international blue chip companies on their business and I.T. strategies, helping launch new products and initiatives to the marketplace. Using this extensive experience Martin has all the skills required to market, present and promote your property above all others, whether via the the local property paper, on our own website and beyond via the national property portals. Martin passionately believes our independent estate agency provides a better and more client focused service than any other in the bay.
Martin and Michelle have run their own business for 14 years to date, the past 8 years of which they have also personally refurbished several properties for sale, giving them a real understanding of what sells, why, and how. They totally understand that the sales process can be stressful, as they’ve personally been through it, many more times than most! Martin and Michelle believe that this experience provides a totally unique strength and “added value” to their estate agency.
